My family was visiting from New Jersey and visit this etablishment every summer when they are in town. Horrible customer service we called ahead of time and was told that they do not accept reservations to call 30 minutes ahead of time. We called 45 minutes before leaving no one answered the phone after the third attempt we left a message with our name and how many were in our party. When we arrived the hostess said that she never received the message we were told that it was a hour wait.We asked if we could sit outside and have a drink while we waited. The hostess said that we could not wait and have a drink outside mind you there were plenty of tables outside she said that there wasn't enough staff on to accommodate our request. We put our name in and told her we would be back within the hour. When we arrived an hour later with no phone call from the hostess we were told that it was going to be another 45 minutes and that we still couldn't sit outside and put tables together due to the fact they didn't have the staff to wait on us . Very diasspontning poor customer service I will not return there are other great places to eat in the area.
