I found this restaurant while searching for places to eat on our road trip and was pleasantly surprised by the quick service and delicious food. We shared a Chicken Parmigiana and I couldn't resist the Italian rum cake, which was layered with all kinds of goodness. The atmosphere was cozy, the staff was friendly, and I can't wait to return to try even more dishes!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were just driving through and stopped for a bite to eat. Had the host lecture me about my mask. I had a big cloth mask neatly folded up and had it over my mouth and nose while we walked the short distance to the table. Maybe 20ft. The host then lectures me on making sure I have my mask on of I get up to use the bathroom.

The law says you have to have a face covering. Covering your mouth and nose. It doesnt say it is the law that I have to have it affixed to my head.

I covered my mouth to walk the short distance to the table. That has been sufficient in every other resturant I have visited but yours.

I can see by your reply where your host gets his customer service direction and why it is so lousy. You dont argue with your customers over chicken crap masks. Point blank. You are wrong. The law says I have to have a face covering , covering my mouth and nose. Does not say I have to have it wrapped around my head or around my ears as long as my mouth and nose are covered. You are a true jerk sir for choosing to make an issue with one of your customers. Have a nice life.
