Taking a full day off in the summer to hop on the ferry and dive into Gitano is an absolute blast - the energy, the live disco balls, and those unforgettable tacos make it a total vibe. From duck carnitas to roasted cauliflower, the food hits all the right notes, and the cocktails keep the party flowing while the staff ensures you're treated like royalty (shoutout to Alejandra, the hospitality queen!). Sure, the outdoor cushions could use a little TLC, but between the upbeat music, stunning ambiance, and friendly servers, Gitano delivers a fun, unique escape from the city buzz.
