Recently had a small issue with a special offer at NYPD Pizza, but the manager took the initiative to personally address the situation and ensure my satisfaction. The thin crust pizza I ordered, the Queens Deluxe with a swap of green peppers for green olives, was delivered piping hot and delicious, showcasing the professionalism of the staff.
