Matthew's offers some of the best barbecue I've experienced, showcasing the culinary potential of a small town like Saluda. Their homemade sauce is exceptional, perfectly balanced, and the meat is cooked to perfection without being too dry. just great bbq. i have been coming to eat there since i was a little boy. still by far one of the best
