Matthew's offers some of the best barbecue I've experienced, showcasing the culinary potential of a small town like Saluda. Their homemade sauce is exceptional, perfectly balanced, and the meat is cooked to perfection without being too dry. The generous portion sizes make it a satisfying choice for anyone craving quality barbecue.
