Anaba Japanese Cuisine offers consistently fresh fish and expertly prepared nigiri that keeps me coming back, even after moving away from Knoxville. The vibrant atmosphere and attentive service enhance every visit, whether I'm enjoying their flavorful ramen, crispy gyoza, or inventive sushi rolls like the Spicy Tuna Bomber. Despite minor seating discomfort, the combination of delicious food, great drinks, and friendly staff makes each dining experience memorable and worth repeating.

I was given the wrong sushi order. I live 5 minutes away. I immediately called and told them the 6 orders were all done incorrectly and that I'd like them to fix it. I was told the kitchen was closed but the sushi station was open less than 5 minutes ago when I ordered. The little boy because a man would show respect hung up on me and told me tough luck that I'd have to wait til 5 after I told him I had to work at 4....

We've eaten there probably 20 times. Always great food and service.
Generous 2 for 1 happy hour too!
