Global Gourmet exceeded all of my expectations with impeccable food, attentive service, and a cozy back patio ambiance, making it my new favorite upscale dining spot in Carbondale.

Great dishes and some unusual great sides. Delicious a la carte sides I don't drink but I've prepared to wait. Melissa owner super cool and so is the male host (co-owner?). The coconut cream pie is Melissa's family recipe and is the BEST.
