During my time in Knoxville, I discovered a fantastic dining option in the West Town Mall Food Court, where friendly Indonesian staff prepared delicious meals right in front of me. After my intense two-hour workouts, I enjoyed their grilled Teriyaki chicken served on a bed of rice, packed with protein and veggies, making it the ideal post-gym meal.
