Eddie's is a wonderful restaurant in Knoxville that consistently delivers delicious food. The menu may be limited, but the quality and freshness of the dishes, such as the Eddie's Special, egg rolls, and gyoza, make it a favorite of mine. The staff is friendly, prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous, making it an excellent choice for a satisfying meal.
