During a recent visit to Hot Springs, I had an amazing dining experience at Iron Horse Station. The food was delicious, from perfectly cooked salmon to a huge, flavorful burger, and the service was attentive and friendly throughout the meal. The cozy, rustic atmosphere combined with great craft beer selections made it an unforgettable stop that I can't wait to return to.

After eating at the Iron Horse for years, I will no longer be a customer. They have removed all vegetarian entrees and even pasta only on the weekends. They said lettuce was too expensive. So got rid of the Caesar salad. I guess onions are too expensive so no more onion rings. And Beyond burgers and tofu are too expensive to buy and I guess pasta cannot be had except on the weekends. I suppose they're aiming for one-timers/ tourist coming by. But for their regulars, no care. Bye-bye Iron Horse
