Freebirds has been a familiar destination for satisfying burritos for me for over two decades. It's a reliable choice that has stood the test of time, offering a nostalgic charm and consistent service that keeps me coming back. The casual atmosphere, friendly staff, and tasty menu options make it a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.

I have been eating at Freebirds for years and have never been so disappointed. You used to order with ONE person all the way through. Now, you talk to FOUR different people. Three of them were talking to me at the same time! One asking about my next order, one about my current order, and one asking if i want to make it a combo. It was very frustrating to say the least. The portion amounts have gone way down. I always get a salad and its big and filling. Its about half the size now. To add guacamole is ridiculous. Its a $1.00 for a tablespoon of guacamole. This has been an issue awhile now. I have been told be several employees that the guacamole gun doesn't work, but yet they still use it. You get 3 squeezes which would be sufficient if the squeeze wasn't the size of nickel. The amount of meat the give is much less than it used to be. I asked for tomatoes on my salad which I was given about 5-6 small pieces which were very mushed and poorly diced. I asked if I could have some more since I am eating a salad and I was given 3 more small pieces. For an $8.00 salad, I could go to Jason's Deli and get a much larger container and fill as much as I want! Or I could go to Salad Express. Both of which are across the street! I don't know if these are changes only this franchise location has made, and if so, they are giving Freebirds a bad name.
