During my first visit, my meal wasn't quite right, but after a long road trip, I was looking forward to a satisfying dinner before bed. I spoke with Matt, who was understanding and offered to replace my order, leaving me thankful and happy. Today, Toby, the manager, made sure our lunch was perfect, demonstrating kindness and attentiveness that will have me returning to this location for future meals.
