I had some real ceviche cooked in lime juice from Mariscos Sinaloa in Phoenix, and it was delicious! The takeout order came with limes, saltines, tostadas, tapatío, ketchup, and plenty of napkins, and the service was great thanks to Cristina, one of the nicest servers there.
