Hot fudge was hard, didn't put nuts whipped cream or cherry on sundaes, miserable worker at window. Disappointed for price.

I called ahead due to covid to find out when their kitchen was closing. Was told 8:00. Got there 15 minutes before and was told they had already closed. With limited choices for take out this put me in real bind. I had already been told this happened to my sister in law in a previous trip. When you have hours you should honor them.

First time had food,wasn't good and price was very high!!!second time had hot fudge sunday,hot fudge was chewy and over priced..third time and last time had a chocolate milkshake couldn't get it thru there cheap little straw..we live here year round and will drive somewhere else..

The service was bad. The prices are high for the cheap food used and it was soggy and luke warm. There was an hour wait for food which is ridiculous for fries and a hamburger. Staff can't seem to multitask lots of arguing going on between them. I would suggest just sticking to ice cream or hire a couple fast cooks with experience that can handle a few orders at a time. I won't be back anytime soon.
