We ordered chicken dinners from the Kentwood location a couple of weeks ago. They were great and we thought we had found our go to fried chicken place.

We ordered a 15 piece boxed meal tonight and the chicken was horrible. Really spicy and I don't care for spicy chicken. Hubby who likes spicy took the skin and breading off so that he could even eat it. VERY disappointed.

I called to ask about it and told them how unhappy we were. The manager asked me when the last time that we ordered from them was and I told him it was a couple of weeks ago. He said, "well, I don't know what to tell you, everything is the same. Ummm, no, it wasn't remotely the same or we wouldn't have ordered from you again. I can assure you, we won't make the mistake of ever ordering chicken from New York Fried Chicken again! Their food isn't consistent and their customer service is horrible!

The Italian beef is amazing, I find myself craving them at weird times. Everything I've tried has been great but I keep going back to the beef!

My first time ordering food from New York Fried Chicken was Very delighted and satisfied of the quantity and taste of my meal!! Would be Very Happy to order dinner from them again! More value for your money.

Fast delivery is an understatement! Your driver passed me on 131 at about 5 PM. He was traveling over 85 and changing lanes without a care! Yes the guy who drivers that white car with RED TAPE for a rear brake light lens! You might serve the best chicken in the U.S., but your deliver team could improve!
