General manager Warren needs to learn better customer service skills. The waitresses are very good and skilled. The food was always good until their cook quit. The prices were always fair.

There was a time when my husband and I ate at O'Grady's every Saturday night because we really liked the food and the service. I would tell friends and co-workers to try it. I would say over the last year or two, we only eat at O'Grady's once in a while. The reason for this is that every time we go there, the lettuce on the salad bar is brown and just does not very good. If we stir the lettuce sometimes we can find some good lettuce on the bottom. We have even mentioned it to the owner one Saturday night and he thanked us and said if he does not know about problems he cannot fix them. Well, that went real well.

The restaurant is never real busy anymore and this could be one of the reasons.
