We used Costas to cater a fundraiser for our school's band, and they were fantastic to work with, very kind and conscientious. The food was reasonably priced and our guests loved the salad, bread, and entrees. As someone of Mediterranean descent and a bit of a food snob, I have to say that Costas' homemade dressings and Mediterranean dishes tasted just like grandma's cooking to me.
