Getting there right at opening time means no wait and speedy service, which is perfect for enjoying the freshest, most flavorful German dishes around. The atmosphere is clean and quiet, with friendly staff who make you feel right at home, and the authentic cuisine brings back memories of time spent in Germany. After driving over three hours just to savor their red cabbage and schnitzel, it's clear this is where locals come for genuine Bavarian flavors and generous portions.

I have been coming to Hildegard's German Cuisine for years and know the original Hildegard family. The restaurant has always been a nice place to get my German fix. But about a year or so ago, new owners took over and this place has completely transformed for the better! Many of the things I used to overlook with the previous ownership in terms of cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant, the quality of the food and service, and overall experience is drastically better. I would highly recommend coming to Hildegard's German Cuisine on Bob Wallace. It is so nice to the wonderful changes to a place I have loved to come to for so long.
