Driving a few miles off the main road was totally worth it when I tried the award-winning ribs-they were tender, meaty, and perfectly complemented by their tangy barbecue sauces. The friendly waitress shared stories about their fried pies, and I ended up loving the coconut cream and peach flavors, while my husband, who's very particular about his BBQ, admitted this was almost as good as his favorite spot. The smoked chicken salad and catfish platter I had on consecutive days were both generous and delicious, served with great service from the hardworking husband-and-wife team running the place.

The drive a few miles off 530 is absolutely worth it for some incredible Southern food. The award-winning ribs were tender and flavorful, especially with their barbecue sauce, and the catfish platter was impressively large and lightly battered just the way I enjoy it. With friendly service and a family-run atmosphere, this establishment serves consistently delicious meals that make you feel right at home.

I think 30 bucks calls for HOT food to be HOT. Meat felt like it was just pulled out of fridge and so was sauce. If you pick up a order you expect to be able to serve it to family WITHOUT turning on stove(point of calling in).It is worth the drive to Sims.I like to spend my money in My neighborhood but I want my moneys worth.

Horrible food, brisket was over cooked and dry. TIBS Were Cut 2 Days ago. Very dry. Bbq sauce was chilli based, I wish they didn't put it on.
