When I crave authentic dim sum, this Chinatown spot always comes to mind because the dumplings are incredibly fresh and the service is impressively fast. One time, I grabbed some fried taro dumplings and sesame balls to go, enjoyed them warm at a nearby park, and was amazed at how delicious and affordable they were. The atmosphere is lively and bustling, filled with friendly locals, and the spare ribs over rice remain my all-time favorite dish that never disappoints.
