Del Sol offers a wide variety of Mexican dishes, including tacos, burritos, pupusas, and menudo, all prepared fresh and flavorful. The pupusas, especially the rice flour ones, stand out as some of the best in Vallejo, accompanied by excellent curtido and friendly service. Although the restaurant is small and service can sometimes be inconsistent, the food quality and welcoming atmosphere make it worth returning to, especially with the recent expansion adding more dining space.
