Umemura offers an authentic taste of traditional Japanese ramen with a variety of unique flavors beyond the usual Tonkotsu, including mapo tofu and spicy ground pork ramen. The friendly, attentive staff and cozy atmosphere create a welcoming dining experience, complemented by excellent sides like gyoza and fried rice. Despite its modest appearance, the generous portions, reasonable prices, and genuine Japanese hospitality make every visit satisfying and memorable.
