Every visit tempts me with the aguachiles and the empapelado de camarón, particularly when paired with a tostada and a splash of Guacamaya sauce, transporting my taste buds to Sinaloa. Although the demand often makes seating a challenge, the consistently delicious seafood is worth every moment of anticipation.
