After lunch next door, I discovered a small family-run spot offering authentic Hue-style Vietnamese dishes to go, with friendly staff who helped me choose from their wide variety of fresh options. I enjoyed their banh bot loc and banh nam, both flavorful and perfectly balanced with savory, sweet fish sauce, and found the cha lua to be the best I've ever tasted. The prices are very reasonable, the food reheats beautifully, and the service is consistently attentive, making it a reliable choice for convenient, delicious Hue cuisine.

Today, I must express my utmost disappointment with the bun bo hue that I had the misfortune of consuming. It is with great disbelief that I declare it to be the worst rendition of this dish that I have ever encountered in my entire existence. The sheer magnitude of its mediocrity is simply unfathomable.
