Since moving to Colorado, I finally got to try hibachi with my in-laws, and while it wasn't perfect, it was convenient and satisfying compared to what we had back in California. The shrimp hibachi dinner was delicious, and I enjoyed tasting my mother-in-law's lobster as well, along with the warm soup and sweet salad dressing that came with the meal. Our chef was more low-key than others I've seen, which suited me just fine since I'm there mainly for the food, but the overall experience was enjoyable enough that we'll be back.

We recently tried a hibachi restaurant with my in-laws and it was a convenient choice for a Saturday night dinner. The chef's show was entertaining and the food was good, especially the filet mignon and shrimp hibachi dinner.
