I haven't tried Rock's yet, but I've heard it's decent. It's a good spot for grabbing some cocktails and getting your groove on. They usually have a small cover charge on weekends, but the DJs are pretty good. Enjoying a drink outside and people-watching on a sunny day is always a good time.
