I explored various options for lechon ahead of my mom's birthday and decided on Mang Gorio's since it offered the best price for a quality product. Despite some initial concerns from family about the cooking quality, I took proactive steps to ensure everything would be perfect for the event. On the big day, the lechon arrived on time and exceeded my expectations, deliciously crispy and juicy with no leftovers, making it a memorable celebration.
