Chugwater holds a special significance for me, especially after the support I received from the locals during a difficult time in Colorado. During a summer road trip, I made sure to visit Buffalo Grill and was impressed by the friendly service and the flavorful chili, which I found to be fresher than what I had tried elsewhere. Despite the quiet exterior, I discovered that the restaurant was open, allowing me to enjoy a pleasant meal accompanied by a nice side salad.
