The exterior of Dynasty Cafe may not be flashy, but the food is definitely a winner. I particularly enjoy their Won Ton soup, and the serving sizes are generous for the price. The decor could use a little sprucing up, and the service was a bit rushed, but overall, it's a solid choice for Chinese/Vietnamese cuisine.
