These complaints are absurd; who expects exceptional service from a Chinese restaurant in Wyoming? My husband and I discovered Golden House when our go-to place was closed, and we were pleasantly surprised by the fresh, delicious food and the genuinely caring staff, making it our new favorite in Cheyenne.

Order from often for over 6 years. Order always right without issues ever. So surprised to see so many saying theirs wrong. Easily ordered from over 500 times. Never a single problem.

For the second time they have goofed up the order. got home to discover no pancakes for the moo-sho pork. Today they forgot the Hot and Sour soup. forget getting what you order!

We also ordered from them. Had it delivered .when we opened our order we had no sweet and sour sauce on our sweet and sour chicken.We called and let them know, they said they would get the sauce to us. After 45 min. we called back and ask what was taking so long, we were told they had changed their mind and if we wanted the sauce we should drive to their restaurant and pick it up. I said that defeats the purpose of delivery. I was told I didn't like it I could call the BBB then he laughed and said wait I don't belong to the BBB and hung up the phone on me.

My family and I order Chinese food often and decided to try Golden House this time. After receiving our delivery I realize that our order was wrong. I called to notify the restaurant of the mistake and was told it would be corrected and brought out. Five minutes later they called back and refused to fix the problem. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!
