Rib and Chop doesn't care about their customers. We had reservations for 5pm Mother's Day (5-10-2015). We drove 40 miles to get there only to find the doors locked with customers still inside and a sign on the door. The sign said they closed because of an employee issue. WHAT, the owner has no other employees he could call in. Or friends and family that he could call on for help. We tried calling and no one would answers the phone. Come on we can see you in there. We have eaten there many times. We have let the occasional poor food and service pass. But this lack of respect for thier customers is the last straw. The inconvenience you caused many mothers is unforgivable. I know they're just customers nothing to concern yourself with, right. Anyone planning to eat there for a special occasion. Or any occasion should think twice. I for one will not be going back.

The salmon was undercooked and the steak was very fatty. The service was terrible and when the manager asked how our food was he trivialized our response. We will never be back. Thank god for Texas Roadhouse.
