I've driven past this store a few times on my way to different places around town. A friend mentioned that I might be able to find a glass carafe there, so I decided to finally stop by this week. While I didn't find any glassware, I did discover a wide array of delicious food items, including fresh deli salads, baba ghanouj, and hummus. The store also had a fantastic selection of nuts and olives, and I was particularly impressed by the variety available. The customer service was a bit hit or miss with the female staff, but the male employees were friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely consider returning for more Middle Eastern goodies in the future.

I'm a regular customer of Arz Bakery, since more than 30 years when it was only bakery.
Today was ridiculous, customer service was very bad especially from the store manager.
I bought a rose cake for valentine day and 1 lbs of lebanese cookies, I paid almost $60 for 2 items.
I went home and I was estonished about the quality of the cookies, it was old and hard, the worst was the dates cookies.
I went back to Arz to returned it and complained to manager,
The staff were very nice, but the manager was very rude and all her intention was to accuse me and show that I'm wrong and the cookies are dine, but she was stubborn and didn't admit it, even I told her to taste the cookies, she replied, I cannot it's cross contamination, it seems that she's not professional in her job, then I had to tell her to go to the sweet section and try one, she even refused and tried to accuse me of harrassment and disrespect.
I was insulted in front of all staff and customers of Arz bakery.
It's not matter of money, it's matter of honesty, her staff should check on the product every day and throw the bad ones then write it down on waste sheet, but the manager's concern is product cost and her customer is the last concern.
Anyway I have my reciept and photos,
Any way this bad for the business not for me, I lost almost $15, but they lost lots of customers since it happened in front of them
