The ramen here is incredibly authentic and satisfying, featuring flavorful broths like the light yet rich Tonkotsu and spicy Red Tonkotsu with customizable spice levels, fresh chewy noodles, perfectly cooked toppings such as fatty chashu and poached eggs, crispy chicken karaage bowls, friendly and attentive Japanese staff, a cozy and clean interior with good social distancing, quick service despite its popularity and limited soup availability, and unique offerings like Tsukemen with firm noodles and refillable broth, making every visit a delicious and comforting experience reminiscent of Japan.
