We used to visit Dry Gulch when in Prescott. Food used to be decent. Last 2 times our anniversary dinner and now my husband's birthday dinner was terrible. My prime rib was supposed to be cooked all way through with a touch of pink. I specifically asked the server to make sure there was No Red in my steak. Received a steak oozing red blood...half of the steak was all fat and grissel. I td the server I dont eat bloody anything. She brings gs a small plate, takes the steak to be cooked more and leaves me with the baked potato..instead of taking bith dinner foods back and returning with a cooked steak and hot baked potato. All young servers tonight...no problem here, but they were more interested in laughing and making jokes with the cook instead of taking care of paying customers. . An elderly couple near us could be heard discussing how their steak was also undercooked. He ordered medium well and it was also red. This used to be an omat place to dine, no more. We spent a lot of money on fillet mignon and prime rib. My husband's fillet wasn't cooked to medium either...more lime medium rare. Will NEVER RETURN,!
