The breakfast at Colonial Room made me feel like a regular, even on my first visit, thanks to its inviting diner atmosphere and excellent service. The food, while not overly fancy, was satisfying and well-prepared, offering great value for a comforting meal in the heart of downtown Sanford.

I enjoyed my breakfast at the Colonial Room yesterday, feeling like a local during my first visit. The restaurant's local diner vibes and slice of Americana were a charming touch that I truly appreciated. Emeli and Michelle have created a welcoming atmosphere with good, unpretentious food at a fair price.
