The Bluefin sushi and ramen offered here are impressive, with the sushi standing out for its freshness and flavor. During my visit, I enjoyed the salmon and scallop pokí©, while my husband savored the chicken katsu curry, which he declared the best he's had in America. The restaurant, though modestly sized and located off Dixie Highway, provides an authentic Japanese ambiance, friendly service, and a variety of delicious dishes that make it a worthwhile dining destination.
