I work nearby and have been here several times, each time I say to myself that I will not return. I go for the pho, which isn't the greatest. It is okay but doesn't really satisfy the pho craving. The service is also just okay. The people are friendly enough but not very attentive when you dine in. The pho is pretty expensive too for so-so Americanized Vietnamese food. When you don't dine in, they skimp your meal AND charge you extra for each item. Today I paid $9 for steak and meatball pho. I had 4 slices of steak and ONE meatball, cut into 3 pieces. I think the extra charge is $.50 for each container. Pho to go uses 2 containers and a sandwich baggie.
SO, if you are looking for a GOOD pho restaurant, find something different than Pho Bihn Mihn. I go because it is within walking distance of my work, and pretty much the healthiest choice nearby. I think that from now on I will be getting in my car to find a better pho place that doesn't skimp on to go orders. I gave 2 stars because they are not terrible, they just aren't good.

Quick, friendly service... I enjoy eating at Pho Binh Minh, the food is always great, and I am always satiated! I highly suggest eating here!
