I recently revisited Ponchos after a long absence and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. The Irish pub-Mexican grill concept is unique and intriguing, and the nachos and entrees we tried were delicious. While the restaurant's interior could use some updating, the overall experience was enjoyable and I would definitely go back for more tasty dishes and friendly atmosphere.
