Excellent customer service! Had a small issue and Dan stepped up and took care of it. Will definitely be returning..can’t beat the prices!

was in store tuesday and asked to have a bulk steak piece cut in half as I cant eat 12lbs asked employee who just happened to be owner and he HUFFED at me walked away to get meat cutter waited over 10mins and no one came out asked another employee who was polite and went got the owner ...asked why he ignored me and had me stand there Quote I am BUSY.....really is this how you handle a customer that spends over 150.00 month in your store...He was rude and had no customer service skills....
Talked to other employees and was told he is like that always.....
I will never send anyone into his store again...rude lack of service by him.....will cost him business
