Marissa at 99 in Newport, Rhode Island is truly the best! Her welcoming and friendly demeanor, even during busy times, always makes my dining experience exceptional. The food is consistently delicious, and my parents love coming here for happy hour deals on yummy appetizers. The service is friendly and prompt, making it a great spot for comfort food and affordable drinks.
