Our second visit to Shula's in Richmond was just as enjoyable as the first, which was a special anniversary dinner. We decided to return for a friend's birthday celebration, and I ordered the French dip again. The atmosphere is laid-back, especially in the bar area, with friendly staff and delicious food.
