Consistently delicious food and excellent customer service make Top's a reliable choice for Chinese takeout. While the ambiance may not be the main draw, the quality of the dishes speaks for itself. Since discovering Top's back in 2013, my family has continued to enjoy their flavorful offerings, with favorites like General Tso's and Pork Egg Foo Young never failing to satisfy.

The very best hot and sour soup in Richmond. Very pleasant staff. I will go back again and again.
