During a recent visit to the Jefferson Hotel's Lemaire restaurant lounge, I enjoyed an exceptional meal featuring delicious dishes like fried deviled eggs, cheese charcuterie, fresh oysters, scallops, and perfectly cooked entrees such as chicken, rockfish, salmon, filet mignon, and pork chop, all complemented by superb cocktails and attentive, knowledgeable staff who made the busy night feel welcoming and personalized, creating a memorable experience with elegant ambiance that made every detail-from appetizers to dessert-truly outstanding.

We ate Christmas lunch after church this year. Food was delicious and service was impeccable.

We reserved a lunch reservation fit in with our desire to admire decorations , enjoy a fine meal, and preparation before the Nutcracker Ballet. Service was slow and inattentive, beware of the jumbo lump crab cake , although tasty, it was one inch in diameter and 1/4 inch high, the side was lovely but hardly filling. We abhor large servings but this barely a taste of lunch! The Wester Ross Salmon was well prepared and an adequate serving. Desserts were excellent but we ordered out of hunger from the sparse servings of lunch. The server needs to caution diners of miniscule serving size when contemplating their food choices.
