The Thai tea here is seriously the most authentic I've had in the valley, and their boba hits the perfect texture every time. The donuts are super fresh and fluffy, especially the yeast-style ones, which I'm totally obsessed with now, along with the breakfast sandwiches that come out hot and delicious. Plus, the family running the place is always so friendly and welcoming, making each visit feel like a warm, personal experience.

Don't listen to the lady complaining about her baby kids that are probably older than 10, anyways customer service is great lovely people that work there and amazing donuts😋 I also recommend their sandwiches amazing!
