The service was friendly and efficient, with staff dressed in traditional Mexican attire, creating an authentic atmosphere complemented by excellent homemade tortillas, chips, and a full bar. The food was consistently delicious and generous in portion size, featuring standout dishes like chicken mole enchiladas, carnitas, and enchilada suiza, with rice and beans that brought back nostalgic flavors.

They lost our business because of their poor cold food that they serve. We are surprised that others don't complain about this because their food is not that good and they charge a high price for these so called fresh homemade plates of that are pre-made!

The chili relleno has always been good and homemade. When I ate there today I immediately knew something was off. I asked what happened and was told the owner, in order to save money, stopped making it homemade and instead bought frozen and tried to pass it off. It was horrible. Same price on the menu for not the same food. Shame on Casa Cruz. I used to recommend them but I won't anymore and it will be a long time before I go back there. I would eat there twice a month just for this dish. If you eat there make sure you ask whether what you are ordering is freshly homemade or frozen. Shame on Casa Cruz...you blew it.
