This is by far the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at wetzel’s pretzels. We visited on 2/5/2021 at night time, spent $16 on 2 pretzels bitz, and they ended up in the trash. They were basically raw dough. I walked inside and showed the 4 employees who were standing around doing nothing since there were no customers around 6pm. I told them: “ I don’t want a refund, I’m just letting you know these are raw dough and not cooked at all”. All 4 stared at me without apologizing or recognizing the problem. I walked away and then walked back in to ask for a manager number. They pointed me to a Hispanic lady and said “that’s her” . She was one of the 4 who never even tried to help me, wish me a good night or even say sorry. So I said I wanted her manager, whoever is above her to complain about horrible customer service. The whole time she stayed mum, never said a word or apology, simply handed me a number for a “Cindy” . I told them their service was horrible, they had multiple opportunities to apologize for their subpar product and service and they still never uttered a word. I just called “Cindy” and she was the most unprofessional of all. She said who’s this because you’re calling me. I said I was looking for Wetzel’s Oretzels and she said : yeah. I asked if that was the business she said yeah. Ive never seen a business manager reply with yeah when customers call. I expected a : thank you for calling how can I help you? When I told her they gave me that number to reach Cindy, because we had a bad experience at this store, she never replied. So I said 3 I see it’s a moot point to converse with you, because you’re all unprofessional. I’ll make sure to never visit this store ever again and leave my bad review about my bad experience on every social media outlet I can. Horrible horrible horrible place
