During my stay at the Hyatt Indian Wells for a dance competition, dining at Lantana was super convenient since it's right near the lobby, with friendly service that really helped me decide what to order. The food had its ups and downs-while the seafood tagliatelle was fresh but a bit salty, the garlic pork belly and BBQ chicken were solid, and breakfast options like the Coachella Mulita and Nutella French toast were definite highlights.
