Having been a patron for 35 years, I have noticed a decline in the dining options since the closure of a major restaurant a few years ago. The reduced number of staff has affected the level of service, likely due to the challenges of hiring experienced wait staff in a remote desert location. Additionally, the persistent loud music detracts from the peaceful atmosphere that guests seek, especially those coming from busy cities like LA. Despite these issues, our server, Alfredo M., stood out with his exceptional work ethic and customer service, deserving of a promotion for his dedicated efforts at the adult pool bar. For those looking to relax with a drink, the Hyatt Indian Wells offers a selection of beers on tap and spirits to enjoy by the pool.
