The moment I stepped inside, Jean Claude's warmth and attentiveness set the tone for an unforgettable evening filled with stories spoken in French and German, and dishes like hanger steak glazed with caramelized onions and perfectly crisp frittes that vanished before I could capture a photo. The atmosphere, reminiscent of a classic New York bistro, paired with exquisite French and Belgian flavors-from mussels a l'escargot to tender lamb shank-created a dining experience that felt both comforting and exceptional, leaving me eager to return and share it with my wife.
